MEET THE TEAM

We are all human beings. We work together in an elegant way, with a certain joie de vivre. Usually, it's the people who bring Boitsfort to life that we put in the spotlight in this series. This time, it's our turn.

Our name, Fosbury & Sons, is a tribute to Dick Fosbury, the high jumper who rethought a convention everyone else took for granted, and changed his sport forever. That's the spirit we try to carry into everything we do: rethinking what a workplace can be, because we believe the office as you know it is dead.

Usually, it's the people who bring that spirit to life inside our walls, our Members, that we put in the spotlight in this series. This time, it's our turn.

We are Magali, Lola, Joy, Charlotte & Victoria, the team behind Fosbury & Sons Boitsfort. Five different roles, but the same four values guide everything we do: the human thing, because a workplace is, above all, people treating each other with respect. Working together, because one person can only go so fast, together we move mountains. Aesthetics meets efficiency, because we believe quality of life should never be an afterthought. And a certain joie de vivre, because life's too short to not enjoy the ride, and there's always room for a bit of fun.

Magali, our Location Manager, keeps the bigger picture in check, making sure the building runs the way it should, every single day. Joy, our Meeting & Event Officer, is behind the scenes of every gathering, big or small, that brings this place to life. Victoria, our Community & Front Desk Officer, is often the first face you see, and the human touch this space is built on. Lola, our Marketing & Calendar Officer, shapes the stories we tell and the moments we bring people together for. And Charlotte, our Project Manager, turns ideas into reality, one project at a time.
