A modernist masterpiece
Welcome to our first venue in Brussels, an architectural landmark by Mr. Constantin Brodzki. This modernist masterpiece is located right next to the Sonian Forest and only 10 minutes from Avenue Louise. The structure’s remarkable façade was made of 756 prefab convex oval concrete modules. The parallel lines that follow each other give the nine-storey building a monolithic feel, with the discreet entrance indicating its office function. The building was carefully transformed into a professional coworking space exuding a mature and warm feeling while respecting the already existing structures and identity of the building. We like to sum up the interior style like this: "when a Seventies James Bond takes a ride back into the future and lands in Japan in 2018”.

Event spaces
We have a range of event spaces available to you, accommodating up to 300 people. Our spaces are perfect for: workshops, talks, lectures, panel discussions, drinks, dinners, concerts, corporate events, ... At each Fosbury & Sons location, we have an Event Manager at your disposal to plan with you the perfect day or evening. On top of that, our catering partner as well is there to fulfill your wildest dreams.
Meeting rooms
We have created meeting and event spaces not only for you to work in, but also to play in, learn in, and collaborate within. It is an offsite location to make all the difference.
Our food partner ICI chez Fosbury
We also have an in-house restaurant and bar ICI chez Fosbury. We serve breakfast, lunch, and delicious afternoon treats or salty plates, as well as on demand catering for our members & meeting room guests. Our restaurant is open from 8am until 5pm for a coffee, lunch or snack, in house or take away.
