About Bamboo Breakfast

Bamboo was born from a love of travel, a curiosity for flavors, and a genuine passion for granola. Inspired by discoveries made along the way, Charlotte and Lionel set out to rethink mornings, making them healthier and even more delicious. What began as a simple idea in a small kitchen quickly turned into a shared mission: to create a breakfast that feels good, tastes good, and does good.

From the very beginning, Bamboo has been built on strong values that continue to guide every decision today: authenticity, generosity, inspiration and honesty. Even as the brand has grown, they have remained deeply committed to staying true to what matters most: quality ingredients, craftsmanship, and a thoughtful, transparent way of working.

What started as a small passion project has grown into a beloved brand, now present across Belgium and beyond, supported by a dedicated team of granola lovers. Yet despite this evolution, Bamboo has never lost its essence: a simple belief that mornings can set the tone for something better.

As long-time members of Fosbury & Sons, Bamboo has grown alongside us. Watching each other evolve over the years has created a shared story of ambition, community and constant reinvention making this partnership all the more meaningful.
